CarbonActive is a Swiss family business that was founded in 2004 and in over two decades has developed into a leading provider of indoor facility solutions.
Starting with the first fan and filter boxes, our portfolio has continuously expanded: today, we not only supply high-performance components for air purification and climate control, but also provide advice on the design and installation of complete systems that meet the individual requirements of our customers.
From our headquarters in Steinhausen (Canton Zug), we coordinate a team of experienced planning, production and installation specialists who work with the latest technologies to successfully realise projects of all sizes.
Whether upgrading existing facilities (retrofitting) or planning new construction projects – we support our customers from the initial idea, through technical development, to installation and commissioning.
A key factor in the success of CarbonActive is the consistent further development of our technologies: Early on, we focussed on the demanding cannabis cultivation sector, where precisely controlled climate conditions are crucial.
Our solutions, including the in-house developed »SemiLoop« system, offers maximum efficiency, energy savings and outstanding air quality. Today we transfer this know-how to many industries such as food production, mushroom cultivation, clean rooms and laboratories.
Thanks to our many years of experience in the industry, we have developed a unique understanding of the needs of our customers. Close collaboration with selected technology partners and suppliers enables us to offer complete concepts – from filter and ventilation technology to lighting and control systems.
