CarbonActive is a Swiss family business that was founded in 2004 and has developed over two decades into a leading provider of indoor system solutions.
Starting with the first fan and filter boxes, our portfolio has continuously expanded: today, we not only supplyhigh-performance components for air purification and air conditioning, but also offer advice on the design and installation of complete systems that meet the individual requirements of our customers.
From our headquarters in Steinhausen (Canton Zug), we coordinate a team of experienced planning, production and assembly specialists who work with the latest technologies to successfully implement projects of all sizes.
Whether expanding existing systems (retrofitting) or planning new projects – we support our customers from the initial idea through technical development to installation and commissioning.
A key factor in CarbonActive’s success is the consistent further development of our technologies: From an early stage, we focused on the demanding cultivation of cannabis, where precisely controlled climatic conditions are crucial.
Our solutions, including the “semi-loop” system developed in-house, offer maximum efficiency, energy savings and excellent air quality. Today, we transfer this know-how to numerous industries such as food production, mushroom cultivation, clean rooms and laboratories.
Thanks to our many years of experience in the industry, we have developed a unique understanding of our customers’ needs. The close cooperation with selected technology partners and suppliers enables us to offer holistic concepts – from filter and ventilation technology to lighting and control systems.
